What Clients Can Expect: To train properly using good technique. To be challenged physically and mentally. Clients can also find comfort in knowing that they are in good hands with a trainer with a lot of knowledge and skill. I specialize in training athletes (being a former one myself), to bodybuilders, or just a person trying to get in shape and lose weight.
Hours Available: Open to close, Monday - Saturday.
Certified Personal Trainer
Training Philosophy: Exercise is one of the most important things for someone to do not just physically, but also mentally. Exercise should relieve you of stress, make you more motivated, and change the narrative you have for yourself in your head.
What Clients Can Expect: My clients can expect to work hard. Each client's program will be specifically set to benefit them in the areas that they are wanting to strengthen. Clients can expect nothing to be taught but proper training with great technique. I specialize in fat loss and strength training, but I am able to work with any person with a great goal in mind!
Hours available: Monday - Friday, open to close.
NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Certified Sports Nutritionist
Training Philosophy: I believe every client's needs and goals are unique to them and them alone. Therefore, I develop a customized plan for each individual based on goals, exercise history, physical capabilities, previous injuries, and injury prevention.
What Clients Can Expect: Individualized attention specific to their needs with the goal of achieving balance in muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility, rest, and mental stimulation.
Hours Available: Monday - Friday after 6:30 p.m. and select weekends.
