Yes! We offer LES MILLS™ Classes
BodyCombat™A high energy, martial-arts inspired workout where you’ll burn up to 570 calories. It is non-contact and there are no complex moves you need to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BodyPump™A total body workout that will shape and tone your body, increase core strength, and improve bone health. The instructors will coach you through scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping our encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own!

BodyBalance™A calming class infused with moves from yoga, tai chi, and pilates to build whole body strength, center your chi and relieve stress. This class is ideal for anyone and everyone as it will improve your mind, body, and life. Express body balance is a 30 minute class rather than the full hour!

ZumbaThese classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. Zumba Gold is a lower intensity version of this class!

BarreDesigned to strengthen and tone the entire body through toning and resistance exercises, with an emphasis on the core, arms, hips, and thighs. Starting off with light weights and small movements, as the class goes it you’ll progress into more complex movements. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to develop long, lean muscles.

Total Body SculptA combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands, and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout that is good for all levels!

Chair YogaOne of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. You can have increased balance, strength, flexibility, a wider range of motion, and stress reduction all while not having to get up and down off the floor.

Gentle YogaA gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It’s performed at a slower pace, has less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and lower-impact movements.
