Our personal trainers have many specializations including: weight management, sports conditioning, performance enhancement, general health and fitness, special populations, injury prevention and management, proprioception training, hypertrophy, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning and pilates.
All refinery personal trainers are certified through nationally accredited organizations such as American College of Sports Medicine, National Academy of Sports Medicine, American Council on Exercise, and National Strength and Conditioning Association. To ensure our clients receive the focus, personal attention and sophisticated knowledge, we maintain strict standards for both internal and external continuing education.
Orientation classes are complimentary for members and include comprehensive instruction for cardio and strength equipment and hands-on learning experience.
