SilverSneakers Strength & Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and standing support.

Yoga -Our restorative yoga classes integrate asanas (yoga postures), breathing exercises, relaxation, balance work, flowing sun salutations and Pilates inspired floor exercises to build core strength. Our instructors will help you refine yoga postures that will streamline and lengthen your body, increase flexibility and feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Saturday morning yoga class runs from 10:00-10:30. All other class are 55 minutes.
BodyFlow - Is the yoga, tai chi, and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered, and calm. It’s your personal “time out” from the stress and strains of daily life. Enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.
SilverSneakers YogaStretch - YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of sitting and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered for safety as you improve your balance, increase flexibility and range of motion. Breathing exercises and relaxation improve mental clarity.
