Trainer Spotlight

Meet Refinery's newest trainer, Kim Vega! Read on to find out more about Kim and her approach to training:

Training Philosophy:

You can achieve anything you want as long as you're willing to work hard for it.

Client Specialties:

Beginners that have specific fitness goals such as toning and cutting weight. I especially enjoy working with joyful, happy personalities.

Strengths:

I push clients' limits. One of my favorties training modes is cardio circuit training to improve clients' strength and cardio in each session.

Goals for the coming year:

My main goal is to help people reach their fitness goals utilizing my knowledge and experience. I hope to continue my fitness/health education with a focus on nutrition.

Availability for training:

Monday and Friday after 12pm

Tuesday and Thursday after 4pm

Saturday and Sunday all day
